MS04 - Optimization of Composite Structures

The purpose of this minisymposium is to bring together researchers in the field of optimization of composite structures, covering, but not limited to, the mathematical, computational and physical treatment of topics such as: Composite Laminated Beams, Plates and Shells; Sandwich Structures; Homogenization, Hierarchical and Multiscale Optimization of Composite Structures; Inverse Problems in Composite Structures; Smart, Multifunctional and Ceramic Composites; Nanocomposites; Buckling/Post Buckling; Acoustics and Heat Transfer in Composite Structures; Fluid/Composite Structure Interaction; Impact and Fatigue in Composite Materials.
