Only the papers whose presenting author has paid the registration fee until July 20 will be scheduled in the conference program and included in the proceedings.

The regular registration fee covers (*):
• Lecture Notes (Abstracts and full length papers (**) in digital format)
• Conference Bag
• Coffee Breaks
• Daily Lunch
• Reception
• Banquet 

(*) The student registration fee does not include Conference Banquet.
(*) The accompanying person fee includes only Conference Reception and Banquet.
Student Fees: Student rate attendees must send to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail to mail@engopt2018.tecnico.ulisboa.pt
or by fax (+351 218417915) a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.

(**) The ENGOPT2018 delegates will have access to the full papers proceedings e-book for a period of 5 weeks after it becomes available on the Publisher's portal (currently SpringerLink).
